At Seattle Laundry Service as part of our 10-Point Quality Guarantee we use professional formulations, and top-of-the-line, professionally maintained equipment.  Some wear and fading is a natural outcome of all laundering.  Normal fading, wear, or shrinkage are not considered damage and not covered by these Terms and Conditions.

We cannot honor bleach damage claims. We do not spot-treat stains, and never use bleach except by your specific request.

You agree to ensure pockets are empty, and there are no non-laundry items in with your laundry order.  Though we will make every effort to check your order for non-laundry items and return them to you if found, we are not responsible for loss of items left in pockets, or damage caused by such items.

Please supply an Inventory Sheet with your laundry order: we cannot honor claims for lost items unless an Inventory Sheet was submitted at the time of receiving your laundry order.

If any of your laundry items were lost or damaged while under our care and we determine that we were at fault, we will reimburse you up to a maximum of $10 per item based on a fair market value taking into account age and condition of the item.  The maximum sum we will reimburse for loss or damages under any one service order is $100.
